§ 2-16. Terms of office of members; vacancies.

The terms of office shall be four (4) years or until their successors are appointed and qualified. The terms of the members shall be staggered so that two (2) of the members terms expire in one (1) year and all other members' terms shall expire one (1) per year. Vacancies occurring other than by expiration of term shall be filled by another person appointed by the board of supervisors for the unexpired term.
