§ 1-6. Severability of parts of Code.

Latest version.

If any part, section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this Code is for any reason held to be unconstitutional or invalid by the valid judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction, such unconstitutionality or invalidity shall not affect the constitutionality or validity of the remaining parts, sections, subsections, sentences, clauses or phrases of this Code.
